I’ve spent most of my life in Colorado except for what I call my “lost decade” when I lived in California and Connecticut. It was great to experience life outside Colorado but home kept calling me, so after my son was born I came back to where I belong and to where I wanted to raise my son. Colorado has so much to offer and in my free time I love to explore this great state and take scenic drives with the wind in my hair and singing along with my favorite music.
We all have our epiphany moments. Mine came a while back when I was watching a TV show with extremely talented children (dancing, singing, etc.). You know that TV show that makes all of us grown-ups with no talent feel like failures. I digress, while watching this show I was struck by the passion these children had at such a young age. It made me think about what was my passion as a child. I remembered sitting in the back seat of the family car (yes without a seatbelt) and looking at the neighborhoods and the homes and thinking how beautiful this tree lined street was or how amazing was that brick bungalow and realized I have never stopped, I still do that. So, after spending over 20 years in the financial services industry, I decided it was time to follow my heart and here I am today living my dream as a Realtor®.
It is my honor and privilege to help my fellow Coloradoans navigate through this wild and sometimes crazy real estate market. Whether it is that first time buyer looking for their dream home, the retiree that is selling their long-time family home to pursue new adventures, or that buyer who has finally come to their senses and are moving here to our great state.
When I look back at what has made me successful in my professional life, it all comes back to my belief in the Golden Rule and treating everyone as I would like to be treated. My greatest moments professionally have not been the awards but the gratitude and appreciation from my clients. Like when one of my clients told me that “I made him feel like he was a million-dollar investor even though he was just starting out” or the widow who hugged me and thanked me for “making a difficult time for her much easier”. My goal is to be your advocate and to take the confusing and make it simple.
I am so grateful to be a part of the Colorado Realty Pros team. I have never worked with more knowledgeable, experienced, honest and supportive group of people.
